• Administering payroll for all employees and ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws
• Processing benefits and deductions, maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating with HR and Finance teams for payroll data
• Preparing and submitting reports on payroll operations
• Assisting in payroll system upgrades and improvements
• Participating in payroll-related audits when necessary

Manage complex payroll operations with a collaborative and supportive teamWork collaboratively while maintaining autonomy on individual tasksA successful Payroll Specialist should have:

• A degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proficiency in payroll software
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and local regulations
• Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
