This individual will act as the Head of People & Culture overseeing and consulting on people-related topics and your leadership will be essential to strengthen our inclusive culture. The Head of People & Culture (“HR Director”) oversees HR matters in in the Nordic & Baltics Market Unit (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Baltic states).
