In this role offers you play a crucial role in fostering an open and cohesive working culture that embodies trust and professionalism. Reporting to the Director, People Northern Europe, you will be responsible for supporting 85 employees based in Sweden and Denmark, working closely with your Dutch counterparts and the Group People team in Paris.Our team is committed to providing the best possible working experience for our employees by delivering impeccable services. With employee engagement scores among the highest in the industry, we aim to set the standard in our business and lead beyond our region.The People Team, a relatively new group of five dedicated colleagues, operates from our Swedish and Dutch head offices as well as our assets. In the Nordic region, we manage several large shopping centers, including Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, Täby Centrum, Nacka Forum, and Fisketorvet in Copenhagen.What you will be doing

  • Build and keep good relationships with Key stakeholders in different parts of the business, for example, sales, leasing, finance, shopping centre management, legal, investment managers, and technical managers.
  • Apply the People Strategy in all areas to match business goals.
  • Give support and advice that follows legal and best practices requirements, while understanding business needs.
  • Help create and use People policies and procedures consistently across the Group.
  • Coach and guide managers to understand their roles and responsibilities regarding people policies and practices. Support them during changes and negotiations.
  • Give advice and support on employee relations, performance management, and absence cases.
  • Stay updated on current and future People and Union laws that may affect the company.
  • Help improve our HR systems and practices with the Group People Team.
  • Provide People solutions to business units, including hiring, managing talent, and planning for future leaders.
  • Promote performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help with change management processes.
  • Make sure People policies and procedures are followed.
  • Work with Group People teams to make processes smoother.
  • Manage People-related projects as needed.

What you will need to bring with you

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
  • You have between 5-10 years of professional experience in HR; recruitment, supporting managers, Nordic culture understanding, experience working in a change management/environment and from private sector.
  • You have extensive experience of labor law (white collars) for Sweden and preferably Denmark.
  • You have experience in an international environment and are used to working in a matrix organization.
  • You prefer a structured approach and can make clear decisions for the team.
  • You have relationship building skills and you are a team player.
  • You have financial and analytical skills.
  • You are a driven and responsible person taking ownership.

The team is generally present in the office or in the assets.
