Your skills, drive and experience will be a valuable contribution, helping us create a workplace that stands out for both current and future colleagues.You will take ownership of people development across several core functions reporting to our CFO – including Finance, E-commerce, Data & Analytics, and Service & Facility. Furthermore, you will work closely with the leadership team and report directly to the CFO, while collaborating across departments to bring tailored development initiatives to life.This position has arisen because our current People Developer has advanced to an exciting new role within our organization – now leading a business area with over 100 colleagues. This journey reflects our deep commitment to developing talent – a commitment you will help carry forward.YOUR ROLE
We do not believe in generic, one-size-fits-all training. We build development journeys tailored to individuals and small groups – always with a focus on applying what we learn in daily work. Your job will be to design and deliver development programs that go far beyond traditional learning formats.Your key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing development programs for young talents, specialists, and both new and experienced leaders
• Act as a trainer within these programs, while also drawing on internal and external resources to ensure the best possible outcomes of the programs
• Engaging with leaders and talents on a daily basis, providing feedback and coaching to ensure that development efforts are successfully put into practice.
• Sparring with colleagues on individual development plans and recruitment planning to strengthen our future skillsets. Ideally, you are interested in becoming a certified personality profiler to maximize learning and growth.

ABOUT YOU
You are a people-oriented, development-driven profile with strong communication skills and the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation. You enjoy facilitating learning, inspiring others, and creating real change in how we think, lead, and grow.We imagine that:

• You have experience from a similar role – maybe as a People Partner, psychologist, consultant, or something entirely different. Whether your background is in HR, engineering, football or something else, what matters most is your passion and ability to inject learning into people around you
• You can communicate effectively in English and Danish
