You’ll enjoy the freedom of flexible working practices to complement your lifestyle and help you perform at your very best.ResponsibilitiesWork in client-oriented teams collaborating on performance marketing initiatives including paid search optimisation and marketing mix modelling.Engage knowledgably with customers regarding digital marketing reporting, analysis and optimisation.Contribute to a variety of projects related to advertising and technology.Confidently handle day-to-day interactions with clientsStaying ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, testing new strategies, and exploring untapped opportunities for performance marketing growth.CompetenceFluency in the Nordic language (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian). Must be able to communicate with stakeholders speaking Norwegian.Problem-solving and analytical skills. Enjoys working with numbers, datasets and analysis.Ability to understand and express technical and non-technical concepts with confidence.Convincing storytelling, presentation and communication skillsAbility to build relationships with stakeholdersA proactive, action-orientated attitude.Work well both independently and as part of a distributed team.A degree in marketing, communications, business, technology, computer science, analytics, or related fields is preferred.Experience of working with paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Adobe Advertising Cloud, Search Ads 360 or equivalent) and/or web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or equivalent)2 years of Consultancy or agency experience, confidence interacting with clients.Experience with paid search marketing is preferred.We bring data to life.Accrease is a recognized and award-winning consultancy with offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki.The largest and most ambitious brands in the Nordics have decided to team up with us – to get help unlocking the potential of their MarTech investments.
