ProductionAbout the JobAs a Pharmaceutical Project Manager, you will serve as a key member of the Manufacturing and Science team at our Budapest site, leading and or supporting complex pharmaceutical API tech transfer projects from initiation to completion. Your role will be critical in driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.Main Responsibilities

• Prepare, lead and support projects according to Xellia Project Management Handbook
• Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on budget (if applicable), on schedule, and within scope. Own the result goals (quality, time, cost)
• Responsible for ensuring that the outcome of the project complies with requirements from the authorities, GMP regulations and customers (if applicable)
• Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the project sponsor and steering committee. Implement decisions made by the steering committee)
• Lead cross functional teams (resource planning, coaching, review quality work, create high performing teams)
• Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team.
• Responsible for ensuring development reports and other project related reports are filed as needed to document project work and to support regulatory filings. Ensure preparing documentation according to the prescriptions of the company.
• Stakeholder management to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment in organization
• Be the key contact person after project closure for follow up issues
• Keep overview of trends within the technical and scientific fields of interest to the project and encourage project members to use green and modern techniques
• Support assessment of new products / projects (portfolio)
• Understand the company strategy / goals to contribute to strategy discussions.

What We Expect

• Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field,
• Min. 10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with a strong background in API production and tech transfer
• Proven abilities in cross-functional team management, risk assessment, stakeholder communication GMP-compliant project execution
• Able to drive complex initiatives with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and empathetic personality
