The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for an Plant Officer, to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway’s technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.This is a great opportunity to work for a significant construction company, working alongside some of the most experienced specialists in the industry to continue developing and further you career.Job Role / Responsibilities

• Preparing Plant department monthly and weekly reports such as machine working hours, maintenance schedule, monthly spare parts usage etc.
• Keeping machine and work records. Updating Plant Asset Registry.
• Following Subcontractors’ machineries on all sites. Checking them physically on monthly basis and contact with subcontractors if the equipment is not fulfilling the project requirement
• Preparing material and service requests according to the project requirements and following the orders.
• Preparing communications with other departments and subcontractors.
• Keeping rental equipment inventory.
• Ensure application of HSE rules related to own and subcontractor employees, with the goal of minimizing risks.
• Focus on, and facilitate good relations with the project partners.

ProjectThe infrastructure project is based on the West Coast of Norway and consist of the construction of several tunnels, bridges and highways, the construction has just started and is estimated to last for at least 3 years.Requirements1 year in similar role * Document Controller experience

• Knowledge of construction machinery
• Experience in Norwegian projects
• Fluent in Norwegian preferred
