At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.Job OverviewTE Connectivity’s Plating Teams operate assigned automated plating machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity’s EH&S policies and procedures.Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sie betreuen in einem Team unsere Schutzgas Glühöfen und sind für den reibungslosen Prozessablauf verantwortlich
• Sie glühen Eisenteile für Relais in den Retortenöfen unter Schutzatmosphäre laut Programmvorgabe
• Sie sind für Wartungen, kleine Reparaturen sowie für Ordnung und Sauberkeit der Glühanlagen und dem Umfeld zuständig
• Sie sind für die Einhaltung der Prozessparameter sowie für die Produktqualität verantwortlich
• Sie arbeiten an Verbesserungsmaßnahmen mit

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Sie haben eine technische Berufsausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Fachschule) erfolgreich abgeschlossen
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil
• Sie haben kein Problem, im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten
• Sie sind zuverlässig und verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
