Job Title: Plumbing and Heating EngineerLocation: ManchesterContract: Full time, Permanent (Mobile)Salary: £35436Are you a skilled plumbing and Heating Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in Manchester. My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join the team.Responsibilities:

• Conducting commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks at various client sites.
• Diagnosing plumbing issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed within specified time frames and to the highest standards.
• Inspecting plumbing systems and identifying potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• City and guilds or equivalent in plumbing.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber, with a strong focus on commercial
• Installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and components.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
