PMO Manager for a large bank merger programThis position is linked to the execution of the IT Migration Program of Nykredit and Spar Nord merger and is time-limited for the duration of the program into 2026. The position is based at our office in Roskilde, and you will join our Program Management Office & Mission Control Team (PMO) at BEC Financial Technologies, where we together with Nykredit and Spar Nord, execute the IT Migration initiatives across several delivery tracks and steering tracks.Your expertise in swiftly and timely executing PMO tasks in all shapes and forms will be crucial for the overall program objectives, as the PMO team is in the center of execution. You work at a senior level, at a high pace and in a most interesting program, which set expectations to your experience.About the Spar Nord Bank and Nykredit MergerNykredits acquisition of Spar Nord has ignited a large and complex migration and transformation program, spanning Nykredit, Spar Nord and BEC. The initiative is crucial to both Nykredit, BEC and Spar Nord as it makes Nykredit the third biggest bank in Denmark and entails one of the largest migrations in Danish Finance industry. The IT migration is coordinated through a joint “IT Migration Program” consisting of leaders and employees from Spar Nord, Nykredit and BEC. A key steering track in the program is the PMO and Mission Control.Work EnvironmentAt BEC, we collaborate primarily in the BEC office and one day per week in Nykredit office at Nordhavn. If needed, you can agree to limited remote work. Your direct manager will be Jesper Kingo, Head of PMO & Mission Control in the program, and you will be part of a PMO team of experienced people.Primary tasks and responsibilities includeThe PMO controls planning, execution progress, scope control, financials, communications and your responsibility is to support the PMO across all areasFollow KPI’s, milestone fulfilment and provide reports and analyses that help program leadership make informed decisions at the right timeKeep track of day-to-day actions, updating logs, process change requests, etc.Follow up on financial actuals, budgets and forecastingAd hoc analysis, planning of workshops and documenting actions, and preparing meetings and presentationsCollaborate with and support Program teams and management at all levels across BEC, Nykredit and Spar Nord.To succeed, you will have5+ years experience in Program or Project Management Office functionsAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior managementAn execution mindset and efficient ways of workingAbility to act independently and take responsibility of own tasksA personality to proactively offer assistance and supportGood interpersonal skills to ensure strong collaboration across the shared Nykredit, Spar Nord and BEC PMO and all other stakeholdersExcellent communication skills to convey conclusions in both written memos and management presentations in Danish and EnglishIt’s nice-to-haveExperience in financial industry and/or tech industryBackground in consultancy or corporateFamiliarity with complex programs and PMO setups and relevant tools e.g., JiraBe your best self with BEC’s benefits!We offer a diverse range of benefits for our employees.
