  • Provide world-class support to Deltek’s Maconomy Enterprise and Cloud based customers.
  • Leveraging a problem-solving mindset to effectively understand, troubleshoot and triage.
  • Meeting operational and customer satisfaction-related metrics both individually and as part of a team.
  • Driving continuous improvements and expand skills and knowledge.
  • Effectively managing customer expectations, and customer experience as well as contributing to our Knowledge Base.
  • Collaborating with your Line Manager, as well as proactively managing job tasks.
  • Contributing to project-level initiatives across our team to bring value to our people, our customers, and our business.

QualificationsQualifications Must-have skills/ experience:

  • Progressive experience in a customer-facing, problem-solving role with a technology business
  • Previous Knowledge of Maconomy ERP system, accounting background, Software and/or Database knowledge (SQL or Oracle) and/or Superuser experience from another ERP system is an advantage.
  • A clear passion for delivering great customer service and demonstrating customer-centric behaviors.
  • Successful career thus far working in a team environment and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ownership with the ability to handle & prioritize multiple tasks at the same time
  • General Microsoft server operating system knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, operating independently and being self-motivated
