- Advise and support managers and employees throughout the full Hire-to-Retire cycle, promoting strong communication and positive working relationships.
- Provide hands-on P&O support in areas like performance management, compensation, benefits, leave, and sick leave follow-up.
- Contribute to salary reviews and incentive program processes.
- Assist with manning plans, resource planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate the full recruitment process-from job posting to securing the right talent, including consultants and temporary hires.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by managing the induction process in collaboration with managers.
- Collaborate with agencies and maintain vendor agreements for recruitment support.
- Strengthen our employer brand through engagement with universities, professional associations, and relevant organizations.
- Stay up to date with labor laws and ensure our policies and procedures remain compliant and current.
- Represent P&O in internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with internal HR systems and documentation.
- Keep master data and P&O systems accurate and updated.
- Contribute to the monthly payroll process and monitor key P&O metrics.
- Take part in P&O-related projects and assist the department manager as needed.
- Be part of the emergency response team when required.
Some of the things we are looking for:
- University Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant education.
- High degree of efficiency and flexibility.
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relations, manage ambiguity and create effective and practical solutions for the business.
- Strong prioritisation, organisation and decision-making skills.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Good language skills (English and Norwegian)
