We team up with leaders across the organization to spark growth, solve challenges, and shape a culture we’re proud of — all while keeping things human, curious, and just the right amount of fun.The Partnering team is part of the P&O Denmark organization, which serves as a workplace home for around 45 colleagues across Core Delivery, Payroll, Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Partnering. Our culture is grounded in trust, transparency, and a shared ambition to grow and make a difference.We are based in both our Hørsholm and Lyngby offices, where coffee-fueled check-ins, cross-team sparring, and spontaneous laughter are part of daily life.In this role you’ll make an impact by:As a P&O Partner, you will be a key enabler of leadership development and cultural transformation across our Danish organization. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to build leadership capabilities that reflect our values of Explore, Impact, Ownership, and Care — helping shape a culture where people thrive and grow.Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, with a strong focus on leadership development and team effectiveness.
  • Designing and facilitating leadership development initiatives that empower leaders to grow people, drive performance, and lead with compassion.
  • Supporting leaders through change, helping them navigate complexity and lead with clarity and purpose.
  • Driving talent and succession planning processes to ensure a strong and diverse leadership pipeline.
  • Collaborating with global and regional P&O teams to co-create and implement leadership frameworks that reflect our culture commitments.
  • Using data and feedback to continuously improve leadership impact and organizational health.

To succeed you must hold:

  • A relevant academic background (e.g., in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or similar).
  • Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Leader, preferably in a global matrix organization.
  • Proven expertise in leadership development, talent management, and organizational change.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills — you build trust, challenge constructively, and influence with integrity.
  • A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution — you can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to make things happen.
