🚀 Senior Power BI Consultant – Finland (Multiple Locations)📍 Helsinki | Tampere | Turku💰 Salary: Competitive (base + bonus) package🗣 Finnish language requiredAre you ready to join a consultancy that actually feels like a team – not just a badge on LinkedIn?We’re looking for a Senior Power BI Consultant to work with some of the biggest enterprises in Finland, helping them turn data into real business value.You won’t be shipped off solo to ten clients at once – here, you’ll work with a tight-knit crew of consultants, developers, and engineers (usually 4-6 people) who are embedded with customers for the long haul. Think big companies, big data, and big impact.🧠 What you’ll do:

• Dive into Power BI development, consulting and shaping BI solutions for top-tier clients
• Tackle data modelling, ETL and warehouse design with confidence
• Work closely with customers to understand their business processes (we don’t just say yes – we challenge ideas when needed)
• Collaborate with a friendly, fun-loving team where everyone leaves their shoes at the door (literally)

🔍 What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in Power BI (consulting background is a big plus)
• Strong data modelling, ETL and data warehousing skills
• Fluent in Finnish and English
• PL300 certification preferred
• A team player who knows their way around both tech and people
