Their multidisciplinary approach integrates technical expertise with a deep understanding of the environmental and social impact of each project.Job Description.We are currently seeking power system analysts who are passionate about personal growth and helping others develop.As a power systems analyst, you will be involved in a variety of power supply projects across the Nordic region. Your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting feasibility studies and assessments related to electricity grids and the integration of power generation
• Developing selective plans
• Performing static and dynamic analysis of network and production processes using software such as PSS/E, PSCAD, PowerFactory, or similar tools
• Investigating electromagnetic field effects
• Providing training in operations and power system dynamics
• Creating technical specifications for power plants
• Addressing strategic challenges for electricity network companies
• Analyzing and applying network codes, including RfG, DCC, ER, and SO

Requirements.

• Degree in Engineering (energy, energy systems, electrical engineering)
• Good understanding of The power system Electricity network companies’ operations, processes and governing regulations and Practices around large-scale connections
• Knowledge of the Swedish development process
• Experience of Swedish regulations and government policy (primarily grid related regulations)
• Experience with both distribution and transmission connected projects will be considered a plus
• Proactive, working on one’s own initiative.
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
• In-depth and practical knowledge of the Swedish energy system;
• Working knowledge of relevant standards and codes of practice;
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently
