Powered by the Omni marketing orchestration system, OMG connects best-in-class capabilities that enable our full-service media agencies OMD, PHD, and Hearts & Science to deliver more relevant and actionable consumer experiences, more productive and proactive client experiences, and more collaborative and rewarding talent experiences for the more than 24,000 people serving the world’s leading brands in OMG agencies around the globe.The Role:We are looking for a dedicated and proactive digital expert to oversee the digital media planning & activation for our key global client Diageo, designing best-in-class campaigns across digital platforms for market leading brands in the CEE region.The position sits in the PHD Global Business unit in Budapest – a team of seasoned strategists and storytellers – collaborating closely with our London based activation hub. This is an excellent opportunity to develop yourself in a regional role, enabling the success of such captivating brands as Johnnie Walker, Don Julio, Baileys and Tanqueray.Your mission and responsibilities:

• Design, setup and manage multi-platform, multi-brand PPC campaigns for Eastern Europe, optimising for the best business results
• Prepare and present post-buy and other KPI reports with lessons learned insights to the client
• Collaborate with the London based activation hub to get campaigns off the ground and make sure they are compliant with Global Diageo Guidelines
• Maintain communication with the client and key internal stakeholders in a proactive and solution focused manner
• Stay up to date with current digital trends
• Onsite collaboration with the client
• Support digital leadership, aiding decision making.

What you bring to the Team:

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in digital campaign planning & management across a broad spectrum of platforms at agency side
• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience of the following: Meta Business Manager (incl. setting up measurement and running conversion-optimised campaigns), Google Ads (focused on Search); Sprinklr is an advantage
• Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge is crucial
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Great analytical mindset and attention to details
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• The capability of juggling multiple priorities and keeping track of regional activities.
