Pearl Lemon Group is searching for a PPL Specialist with serious performance marketing chops to scale our lead acquisition campaigns across multiple verticals.What You’ll Do:

• Build, manage, and optimize Pay Per Lead campaigns
• Collaborate with design and copy teams to drive high-converting funnels
• Source traffic through social ads, search, affiliate networks, or cold outreach
• Analyze lead quality, CPL, and conversion metrics daily
• Test new channels and double down on what performs
