• Provide leadership to our leadership team in Ireland.
• Collaborating with our Market/Win Work leadership team to generate and source opportunities across our sectors.
• Working closely with our Practice Leadership team to drive high levels of staff engagement e.g. through VoX.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for team management including maintaining high level of retention, engagement and satisfaction.
• Responsible for the quality of our service delivery and exceptional client experience.
• Responsible for resource management including talent attraction, development and progression.
• Using client feedback as a tool to identify areas of development and talent management.
• Responsible for continual improvement and innovation in our service offering.
• Responsible for enhancing our brand reputation in the industry through industry engagement, (e.g., thought leadership, industry events, client round-table sessions).
• Responsibility for strengthening relationship professional institutions on behalf of our team.
