Our Clainet is an international family-owned construction company known for delivering excellence, trust, and value – and be part of shaping iconic projects from the ground up.The Opportunity We are seeking a Pre-Construction Planner to join our growing Dublin team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of exciting projects, working closely with estimators, project managers, and design teams to develop innovative construction strategies and ensure seamless delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and manage detailed pre-construction programmes that align with project requirements and client expectations.
• Develop and present construction methodologies, logistics plans, and sequencing strategies that drive project success.
• Support tender planning, including bid submissions, subcontractor schedule reviews, and risk identification.
• Identify risks and opportunities and propose actionable mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with design, estimating, and delivery teams for smooth project transitions.
• Assess resource requirements including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Liaise with clients and consultants, presenting clear and compelling planning proposals.

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or related field.
• Qualifications and certifications in planning and programme software (e.g., Primavera P6).
• Membership of a relevant professional body (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, risk management, and contract forms (JCT, NEC).
• Experience in advanced construction project management software (e.g., s-curve reporting, resource management).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
