Join us to create the future Posti!We are looking for two Pricing Development Managers to join Posti’s Pricing Intelligence & Development team for eCommerce and Delivery services, to help drive the profitable growth of our business!As a Pricing Development Manager, you will be responsible for pricing selected products, services, and customer segments, as well as for developing the pricing process in collaboration with product management and development teams, sales, ICT and operations. With the growth of the business, pricing methods and processes need to be developed and made more transparent both internally and for customers. In your role, you will also identify the opportunities automation and data offer for the pricing process, actively present different development ideas and implement agreed development projects within your team.You will be responsible for Business Case calculations related to pricing for large customers’ quotes in Finland and the Baltics, providing pricing insights to support the decision-making of business units. Additionally, you will define and update contract and list prices and communicate changes in collaboration with sales and communications. You will also provide pricing support and training for sales, customer service, billing and other internal stakeholders.Depending on your background, your role will either focus on both customer pricing and development tasks, or mainly on development.   • A relevant educational background (business and/or logistics)
  • Experience in revenue management and the development of pricing processes
  • Understanding of ICT, analytics, or data (e.g., experience with SQL databases)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work extensively with data (e.g., financial and quality-related KPI metrics)
  • Experience in leading development projects and familiarity with related tools
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in an international matrix organization (sales, production, finance, ICT, analytics)
  • A solution-oriented and customer-focused approach to work
  • Knowledge of logistics market and processes is considered an advantage
  • Fluent language skills in English. Proficiency in Finnish is highly valued and considered an asset.
