DSB is undergoing a major change. Copenhagen’s S-train is becoming the world’s largest unmanned urban railway. This brings significant demands for IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT).Additionally, DSB is leveraging the capabilities of technology, including IoT and edge computing, alongside our existing IT infrastructure to support our business operations.Meet IT Operations & Infrastructure (ITO) We are 90 internal colleagues in ITO, joined by external partners primarily from India and Denmark. We are responsible for all IT platforms, infrastructure components, and IT support in DSB.You will partner up with Jens, Kjeld, Henning, Camilla, and Peter, all members of the ITO leadership team, each leading their respective departments in ITO.“When I came to DSB, I was surprised by how innovative the organisation is with a huge number of complex and exciting projects. We all contribute to a more digital DSB.In IT and with our suppliers, we communicate in English, whereas Danish is the primary language used across DSB’s core units.What is the job about? You will set the overall direction for IT infrastructure at DSB and take responsibility for its architecture.This is conducted in close cooperation with various IT and business units, including future trains, network, datacenter, end-user computing, applications, and AI.Day-to-day, you will

• Understand the current state and development opportunities of our cloud, datacenter, and network infrastructure and all the devices on our network.
• Dive into DSB’s business and our driverless-train goals, turning them into clear IT and OT needs.
• Shape our IT/OT strategy within clear cybersecurity and regulatory guidelines, architect the target setup, and build easy-to-follow roadmaps to get us there.
• Team up with colleagues and partners to deliver the fit-for-purpose results and coach teams in projects, to turn plans into real outcomes.

Who are you? We are looking for an innovative IT infrastructure architect who can transform strategies and targets into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.You are motivated by working in the long term, as we have a massive and multi-year project ahead of us.You set the direction, handle challenges as they arise, and look forward to celebrating the future outcome.You recognise yourself in the following statements

• 10+ years of experience within IT infrastructure
• Experience with IT infrastructure strategy and architecture from a large corporation
• Adept in cybersecurity and knowledgeable about implementing regulatory requirements into a functioning solution.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English
• You must speak and write Danish or be interested in learning.
