Location: Hybrid working from the Sheffield or London office.We are seeking an experienced Privacy Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis, contributing to the enhancement of our privacy management program and ensuring robust data protection practices.Bring your expertise, hit the ground running, and drive real results in an exciting, dynamic environment. • As Privacy Manager you’ll embed privacy principles across our Royal Mail business units and work closely with senior leadership teams , internal and external stakeholders to elevate our privacy posture.
• Partner with business units to embed privacy management, assess risk, and drive compliance.
• Confident presenter and influencer, the role will involuve engagement with Senior Management up to and including Board members. You will present complex and difficult messages clearly and with impact, using a range of approaches to gain commitment.
• Lead privacy assurance assessments, guide privacy compliance strategy, and deliver targeted training.
• Use tools like OneTrust to strengthen controls, manage risk registers, and report compliance gaps.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes to safeguard privacy standards.

About YouTo be successful you will need to demonstrate the following:

• 3+ years in data protection, with strong influencing skills and a CIPPE or ISEB qualification preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate complex issues and implement pragmatic privacy solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and project oversight skills.
