Job Description:We are looking for a candidate who will support in analyzing and developing MSC operational processes, ensuring the monitoring of data quality indicators and related reports.Tasks may include:

• Assist in analyzing and improving operational processes.
• Provide support throughout all stages of operational process improvement implementation.
• Update the daily monitoring tool.
• Analyze and manage data quality in Italy across all processes.
• Contribute to specific projects aimed at systematically managing operational data quality.
• Coordinate our internal hub in managing data quality for Italy, issuing ad hoc instructions and assigning tasks.

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Informatics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong Italian communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently while also being a great team player.
• A positive, proactive mindset.
• Adaptable and supportive of innovative thinking.
• Solution-oriented approach.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
