At the Nesbyen plant, we manufacture products for both combustion and electric cars, covering all markets.As a Process Engineer at DEFA’s Nesbyen facility, you will be responsible for the technical setup, automation, and continuous improvement of our production processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to detect, solve and maintain technical issues with the production equipment.Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automation, or Electrical Engineering
• Certificate of apprenticeship with longer experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as production engineer. Experience from automated production lines and Automotive industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Excellent English or Norwegian skills, written and spoken
