About the RoleWe’re looking for a structured and ambitious Procurement Lead to take ownership of procurement in Sweden and also support our other markets with coordination and structure.In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for procurement at Instabee Sweden. You’ll combine day-to-day purchasing with building scalable processes that strengthen cost control and efficiency across our operations. Reporting to the Director Finance & Analytics, Sweden you’ll manage contracts, support negotiations together with senior colleagues, and ensure purchases are linked to CAPEX, budgets, and long-term business needs.It’s a unique opportunity for someone hungry to learn, eager to take responsibility, and excited about shaping a procurement function from the ground up.Some of the Things You Will DoManage procurement in Sweden and coordinate with smaller markets.Support framework agreements and supplier negotiations together with senior leaders.Handle supplier contacts, review contracts (with legal support), and keep documentation tidy.Own cost control in key areas, tracking spend and supporting follow-up.Support terminal managers and operational leaders with practical, day-to-day purchasing.Balance hands-on buying with developing more structured processes.Contribute to financial control by linking procurement activities to budgets, CAPEX, and forecasts.Your Future TeamYou’ll join the Finance & Analytics team with a direct link to the Swedish leadership agenda.
