Would you like to influence the future product program and offerings in a dynamic and customer oriented environment?Your assignment: Leading a cross-functional team covering the entire product value streamDovista is in the process of harmonizing the company´s product platforms – a process which will run over the next few years. In this journey, you will coordinate the stream of several product brands into the harmonization process, which will leave us with a few select platforms across brands. At the same time you´ll have an important role managing the existing product assortment, to ensure we have the right product assortment to meet the current market needs.At Dovista you will be welcomed to Product Management Wood & Wood/Alu. The team are based in Denmark, Switzerland and Poland, responsible for product management of our wood and aluminum line. You will join a team of product- and project managers, as well as sustainability- and configuration specialists. Like some of your colleagues, you will guide a category team with colleagues from other functional areas like Production, R&D and Market to handle the project portfolio for existing product platforms – and decide on the most valuable product portfolio based on business cases.You will take the lead on the Swedish and Norwegian product portfolio and prepare for future harmonized platform. This means that you will be the product category lead for the Swedish and Norwegian portfolio of products sold to these markets, as well as the implementation of the ongoing harmonization project.Dovista currently work with a set-up that operates both global and locally, which means that part of your job will revolve around maintenance projects with your cross-functional team on existing products for the Swedish and Norwegian markets. This includes planning, governance, risk control, change management, process facilitation and management of senior stakeholders.At the same time the company is preparing harmonized platforms, to take over existing product platforms. This means that you´ll also be leading the product stream into the new, harmonized set-up.Your background and profile: Product management experience and great at cross-functional collaborationIn this role, you will need to be structured and methodical in your approach to tasks. At the same time, you will balance your systematic way of working with having great communication skills that reaches across the organization, functions and cultures.We imagine that you:

• Have some years of experience with product management – preferably of technical products
• Have a degree in engineering or a commercial background where you have acquired technical know-how
• Have good project management skills, enabling you to create decision proposals based on project briefs
• Strategic approach – but motivated by “hands on” tasks and initiatives
• May have some experience with project portfolio management
• Are fluent in English
