You will play a key role in shaping product positioning, pricing, and assortment strategies while leading go-to-market initiatives.In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales, and Marketing Communications, to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution. With P&L responsibility, you will develop and implement strategic plans, analyze market trends, and optimize product performance.Your main responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing competitive briefs with strategic recommendations. You will own product positioning, pricing, and assortment strategies while partnering with Product Development to ensure alignment on priorities and resources.Additionally, you will lead the execution of go-to-market strategies, develop marketing materials, and support key trade shows and sales meetings. You will report to the Director Category Management and be a part of the global product leadership team.What you bringTo be successful in this role, we believe that you have a strong background in product management and a proven ability to drive category growth on a global scale. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Your leadership skills enable you to navigate complex challenges while fostering collaboration across teams.Additionally, you bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, category management, or a related field.
  • A bachelor´s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in the outdoor industry is a plus.
