We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join us in refining and scaling this award-winning product.The Dibber App is already live in 4 countries with 4,000 weekly users, and we aim to scale it to 60,000+ users by 2025. As we continue evolving, we need someone to lead the design and ensure our app is intuitive, accessible, and impactful for both users and the organization.What you will be doingAs a Product Designer at Dibber, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to shape the user experience of a product that has a meaningful impact on educators, caregivers, and children. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, tackling design challenges, and driving innovation to ensure the Dibber App is intuitive and engaging for all users.

  • Lead the design of the Dibber app, ensuring it is intuitive and user-friendly for educators, parents, and children.
  • Work on specific areas of the customer journey to solve identified pain points with effective design solutions.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to gather insights and validate designs.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that address real user challenges and align with business objectives.
  • Ensure accessibility, scalability, and consistency in design, aligned with Dibber’s brand guidelines.
  • Conduct usability testing to continuously iterate on and improve the product.
  • Own the design system, ensuring a unified approach across all aspects of the app.
  • Some travel is required in this role.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience as a Product Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing user-friendly and visually appealing digital products.
  • Proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and inclusive design practices.
  • Experience in defining early design concepts and exploring multiple solutions to keep designs flexible for future needs.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Professional proficiency in a Scandinavian language and English
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

It would also be great (but not necessary) to have a basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to bridge the gap between design and development.What we offer you
