Guide teams using Lean and Agile methodologies to deliver customer value efficiently and effectively. Serve as a mentor and coach, enabling team members to grow professionally and create a shared understanding of technology and project goals. Facilitate change management, formulating strategies and concepts to enhance team and organizational performance. Build trust and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that empowers employees. Collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful feature delivery end-to-end. University-level technical education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Several years of experience as a team leader or manager within software development environments. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Lean and Agile methodologies. Proven experience in change management with strategic planning capabilities. Experience in real-time embedded or DSP software development is a strong advantage. Familiarity with radio baseband or radio protocol development is highly beneficial. Experience with cloud technologies and cloud-native deployments is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead multicultural teams.
