To continue our ambitious growth journey, we seek more great people to join us to build market-leading property management software products.About the roleDo you want to shape the future of property management technology in the Nordics? We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Customer Management domain — a key part of our property management systems that connects property managers, housing company boards, and residents through intuitive portals, ticket management, and robust customer and property dataAs the Product Manager for Customer Management, you will play a key role in developing and improving our property management systems. You will primarily be responsible for leading and implementing strategies that enhance the customer management domain of our product portfolio. Customer Management is one of three overarching system domains, alongside Financial Management and Asset Management. The Customer Mgmt. domain includes components like portals for property managers, housing company boards and residents, ticket management system, customer and property master data etc.Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies for the Customer Management domain.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development meets market and customer needs.

• Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities and improvements.

• Ensure the product complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Nordic market.

• Lead product launches and drive successful adoption of new features.

• Visualise the ongoing and planned work within your domain to relevant stakeholders incl. internal senior mgmt. and customer representatives.

What we are looking for:

• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage and influence at all levels.

• A natural leader and relationship builder, adept at interacting with diverse functions and individuals in a clear, pedagogical manner.

• A team leader that is perceived as a true owner and natural go-to person for a product domain

• Skilled at prioritizing and balancing multiple initiatives with attention to detail.

• Comfortable making data-driven trade-offs and achieving alignment across teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Hands-on product owner experience leading a development team’s daily work.

Relevant experience:

• 5+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar product leadership roles

• 5+ years creating and maintaining product business cases

• 5+ years working with agile/scrum in a scaling, multi-team organization.

• Experience in PropTech or service industry product development is a plus.

• Master’s degree in relevant field is preferred

• Fluent in Swedish and English
