The position is a permanent position with an immediate start. As our new Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that we meet our key initiatives.The jobAs a Product Manager you will collaborate closely with colleagues within our different sales teams, supply chain, operations and our European Product Management team, securing our volume growth targets. Your most important tasks will, among other things, include:

• Achieving sustainable volume and profit growth of your product portfolio

• Manage your own portfolio to achieve your budget and ensure product information within our systems is accurate.

• Review customer visit reports and ensure that the sales activity and target pipeline is sufficient to deliver planned growth.

• Effectively launch new products into the product range and ensure appropriate personnel receive the relevant training

• Implementation of a defined pricing strategy, monitor, update selling schedules and any price movements when appropriate

• Interface with suppliers and colleagues to improve service levels and delivery performance

• Effective management of Product Portfolio in line with Working Capital KPI’s

• Providing commercial product and market updates

• Work closely with Sales to provide commercial support, and ensure awareness of product specifications, sourcing and purchasing arrangements, availability, and pricing

• Liaise with Supply Chain to determine forecasts and appropriate stock levels

QualificationsWe are looking for someone who has an education in Business administration, or equivalent. We hope that you have a few years of previous experience from a similar position as Product Manager and that you are good at collaboration and communication. If you have experience in the chemical industry, it is a great asset. It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both spoken and written, as it is our organizational language. Preferably fluent in Swedish. Since we work daily with SAP, Salesforce, and Excel, we’re looking for someone with solid experience using these tools.Personal characteristicsAbove all, we are looking for a candidate who has the right attitude and personality. You are comfortable solving problems and handling situations independently when needed. But you also have great colloaboration skills and enjoy working togheter wiht your colleauges. You typically prefer to carry out important tasks with minimal supervision, but you appreciate clear instructions when the situation calls for it. While you are open to listening to others’ perspectives, you are confident in standing by your own opinion when you disagree. It is important that you have good communication skills and are good at creating networks within the organization. You are meticulous and have a structured way of working. We believe that you are good at prioritizing and can handle a high work pace.What does the team look like? We work in a Nordic organization, it means that you will find your colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The team is based in Malmö, and so is this role.
