Do you want to share experiences with others and work in a developed and agile environment?We are currently looking for a Product Manager for our B2B financial products at Telia Finance. In this position you will own all product development plans within the B2B segment, ensuring they are aligned with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.We are looking for someone with deep understanding of corporate financial products, especially leasing, in the Nordic countries, who has worked as a Product Manager and who wants to work closely with Business Managers, Product Owners and DevSecOps teams to further develop and future proof our solutions for the Nordic countriesYour next opportunity?As a Product Manager, you will work in our B2B team and be responsible for driving forward the strategy and vision of our B2B financial products. You will be the subject matter expert on the product as well as the rules and regulations in the area in our three markets: Sweden, Finland and Norway.Some of the tasks in this role

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including vision, strategy, and implementation.
• Own product development in the consumer segment, ensuring alignment with market demands and regulatory requirements.
• Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs, tailoring innovative consumer product strategies and create product development roadmaps together with your colleagues in the team.
• Be responsible for product profitability and KPIs for all consumer products
• Managing the product risks and ensuring efficient processes for successful product launches and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize the end-to-end customer journey and translate strategy into actionable tasks.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to deliver value and ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify and communicate potential risks, and work with Product Owners to convey the product roadmap and strategy to stakeholders.

Is this you?To succeed in this role, we believe that you are a driven, proactive team player with a focus on the B2B customers. You have several years of experience in the corporate lending product field and are used to working cross-function in your projects.Telia Finance is a company regulated by the Financial Supervisory Authority and is subject to specific accounting and regulatory requirements. These roles require at least one year of experience in a credit market company or a similar field.Your experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience at a bank or at a credit market company with B2B financing products in the Nordic countries.
• Experience of working closely with Business Managers, Product Owners and DevSecOps teams
• Experience of product roadmap creation and visualization in an agile environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
