Everything commercial goes through that system, and with your international CRM colleagues, you’ll be part of refining the system further,” says Allan Graversen, General Manager, DSV Sales.Join us in Sales…… where you will be working closely with especially our Sales Director but also our business developers and sales colleagues. MS Dynamics is our most important tool in terms of reporting on performance and KPI’s, and you will be the one to let us know how we perform in Denmark within our 2 divisions: Road and Air & Sea. As such, you will be an important colleague to us and the single point of contact when we need information.Reporting takes center stage – with development tasks on the sideIn this role, you will assist in the support and adoption of MS Dynamics an take an active role related to all aspects of the system. As a single point of contact for Denmark, you will be in close dialogue with the end users which for example could be used in gathering their feedback related to the system or to report to them on performance.And especially reporting on KPI’s and performance will take up a big part of your day, about 80 %, with development tasks taking up the last 20. Specifically, you will:

• Carry out reporting, creating charts and dashboards with Advanced Find Reporting as well as provide manual data for users and management
• Provide level support to all users within Denmark, work with IT and the Business when relevant, and share best practices learned while ensuring good data quality and good local MS Dynamics adoption
• Train and onboard new users in Dynamics via Cherwell and ensure the correct licensed users are using the system
• Ensure that all users are aware of the training material/information on the CRM SharePoint site and perform regular training (refresher) sessions to ensure that all end users are kept up to date with the latest updates & features in MS Dynamics
• Gather improvement input and participate in any testing that may be required prior to the release of new changes or a bug fix etc.

You know a CRM system back to front – and how to make it work with end-usersThis role requires an analytical and detail-oriented mindset – while being able to switch priorities if ad hoc-questions or tasks come up. Moreover, you have to be outgoing to facilitate meetings and present global releases in different forums. And you are able to have a professional discussion in an international setting regarding system changes or releases. Finally,we imagine that you:

• Most likely have a logistics background combined with knowledge of how a sales organization functions, allowing you to understand your end-users
• Have knowledge of CRM-systems, perhaps MS Dynamics, and are used to working with data
• Have solid Excel and pivot skills
• Are fluent in English, and if you are not fluent in Danish, you have the desire to learn the language
