We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Solutions Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our telematics and IOT products, from conception through launch and beyond. This role requires a deep understanding of telematics and IOT technologies, market trends, and customer needs, as well as the ability to translate these insights into innovative product solutions.Responsibilities:

• Lead/coordinate efforts to understand and meet customer needs for new products/services or line extensions and make recommendations on the product/service features that need to be developed/included
• Define compelling value propositions and underlying product requirements based on market assessment, customer needs discovery sessions, and customer feedback loops
• Initiate projects for new or updated products/services or line extensions and prioritize portfolio of projects under development on a regular basis
• Manage the product development lifecycle end-to-end to drive commercial, technical, and operational / support readiness across all phases, with special emphasis on product requirements and product launch readiness
• Manage the product backlog and oversee planning and execution in coordination with cross-functional teams
• Own the business case for product investment opportunities – clearly define the value proposition; partner with Sales, Finance, and Technology to validate revenue projections, cost estimates, and ROI
• Lead the execution of the required analyses to determine the recommended prices and pricing policies for new products/services or extensions
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement a marketing strategy and plan (including targeted programs and promotions) for each new product/service or extension
• Coordinate with the sales team to determine the best distribution strategy for each new product/service or line extension.
• Lead the launch of new updated products/services or line extensions and ensure that all the volume, profitability and quality targets defined in the respective business cases are met or exceeded
• Provide leadership to drive consistency in the New Product Development (NPD) process, VAVE, quality and reliability to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Work with external third parties to assess and achieve partnerships opportunities
• Travel Required: 10%- 15%

Minimum Qualifications:

• Min. 5 years of work experience in a product/service management position
• Experience working closely with software engineers in a service development environment
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Product management experience in telematics, data driven services or IoT
