At Sweco, we deliver over 120,000 projects every year to our clients. All projects are important to us at Sweco, and our project managers are responsible for delivering these projects with agreed quality, scope and in a sustainable and efficient manner.Working@sweco is Sweco’s web-based platform for project managers enabling them to deliver high quality in an efficient manner by optimising the use of their time. working@sweco combines tools for initiating, planning, executing and closing down projects, with the aim to make project management easier.
As the Product Manager for working@sweco, you will be responsible for refining the product vision and roadmap, prioritising features based on user research and feedback, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders across geographically dispersed functions including system managers, developers, designers, and end users.
The role is based within Sweco IT at our office in Stockholm, but you will work closely with colleagues in other divisions and business representatives in all Sweco’s countries.Key Responsibilities

  • Translating product vision into actionable items for immediate implementation
  • Organising regular meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
  • Prioritising product roadmap based on immediate user needs and business priorities
  • Developing detailed plans for each feature, including expected outcomes and measures of success
  • Collaborating with the Scrum Master and development team on daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
  • Conducting user testing sessions and analyzing results for quick iterative improvements
  • Responsible for entire lifecycle from idea to product including:
  • Monitoring product performance consistently through defined metrics and adapting as needed
  • Providing regular updates to business stakeholders on progress and adapting plans based on tactical feedback
  • Setting and tracking business-related KPIs for short-term milestones and tactical success

Qualifications & Experience

  • A couple of years’ experience in a product management or related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • Experience of conducting user experience (UX) research
  • Experience of designing intuitive user interfaces and services
  • Experience in working as a product manager with agile principles such as sprint refinement, sprint planning, and demos
  • Experience in interfacing with UX designers, business analysts and system developers.
  • Experience of the project management process in a consultant setting

If you have experience from working in a large geographically dispersed organisation is an advantage.
You have excellent communication and collaboration abilities, enabling them to work seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders. You should be skilled in presenting ideas clearly and confidently, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.
