This is an exciting opportunity join our team to harden our product deliverability in strongly growing business environment. If you are an ambitious and articulate individual with knowledge of Patria’s products in land mobility domain, we invite you to join us.As a Product Manager, Tracked System you are responsible for:Product strategy and road maps, planning and execution of product management actionsProduct requirements and product development decisionsManaging productization and definition of products modular structureParticipating in key milestones in our product development and delivery projectsProduct quality targets and product compliance managementConcepting of life-cycle services and supporting delivery projectsPrioritizing customer needs and stakeholder requirementsRequired competencies for success:Technical or military degree with relevant experience of working in the defence industry and delivery processes.Capacity to manage and lead.Understanding the principles of product management and delivery process.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Finnish.
