We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Workvivo in the UK.This role is ideal for a creative and results-driven product marketing professional who will shape how the product is positioned and perceived in a dynamic market. You will take ownership of go-to-market strategies, craft compelling messaging, and enable sales and partners to succeed. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and marketing teams, you will lead product launches and develop impactful content that drives engagement and growth. This is a hands-on, high-visibility position within a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on transforming internal communications and employee engagement.Accountabilities:

• Develop sales enablement tools such as persuasive decks, battle cards, and training materials that resonate with users.
• Create clear, compelling product messaging that highlights value and differentiates the offering.
• Lead product launches end-to-end, managing all aspects of go-to-market execution.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage customer communications including roadmap updates and in-app announcements to keep users informed and engaged.
• Build and maintain internal communication channels to keep teams aligned and motivated.
• Write and update website and campaign content to convert interest into actionable leads and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
• Proven ability to create enablement content that accelerates sales cycles.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data and insights for strategic decision-making.
• Deep understanding of technical products with the ability to simplify complex concepts without losing essential detail.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across teams and geographies.
• Adaptable and proactive in fast-paced, sometimes scrappy work environments.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with the ability to convert feedback into product and marketing improvements.
