You will focus on outbound marketing initiatives, working closely with Portfolio Management to identify opportunities, develop messaging and sales tools, and partner with Regional Marketing to activate enablement programs.You will play a critical role in bridging clinical understanding with strategic marketing, enabling sales teams to confidently communicate Elekta’s value, while also supporting the global marketing function in creating customer-centric campaigns and supporting launches across regions.The right stuffStrong interpersonal and collaborative skillsExpertly skilled at producing and delivering highly polished, compelling, and professional presentationsAbility to work cross-functionally in a global organizationStrategic and creative mindset with independence in driving initiativesComfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing conditionsSelf-sufficient and solutions-orientedWillingness and flexibility to travel locally & internationally (up to 20%)What you bringScientific, clinical, or engineering background with experience in the healthcare sectorBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or similar – MSc or MBA is a plusMinimum of 3 years commercial experience in healthcareExperience in Clinical Marketing, Product Marketing, or Product ManagementExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishInternational experience working across global, cross-functional teamsExperience in developing sales enablement tools and driving product commercializationWhat you’ll getIn this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer or brain disorders, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best care.
