About the jobAs the Product Owner of the Network & Production Team, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring the successful implementation and continuous improvement of FHC Booking and Sophus. Systems enabling Healthcare business to manage, serve and treat customers and clients. You will work closely with the Healthcare business, other cross-functional teams, global ServiceDesk and local IT to deliver stable solutions that meet business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.Your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure correct prioritization of business requirement in our agile development team.
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Network & Productions products (booking, case management, online sessions, journaling etc).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
• Work closely with other development teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning meetings to ensure the team is focused on the highest value tasks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and provide clear communication to stakeholders regarding product status and updates.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a product team.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
• Experience with software development.
• Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Healthcare, Falck or even the team’s portfolio of applications is a major plus.
• Ability and interest in understanding both complex business problems, identifying and interpreting business needs as well as understanding technical solutions and challenges.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, team building, critical thinking, and proactive planning skills.
• Strong ability to motivate and inspire team members and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
