Job Description:Are you an experienced Product Owner with experience in leading tech teams delivering highly robust data & software systems in high compliance domains? Then join us at Danske Bank and play a pivotal role in the technology behind critical lending operations while also enabling a step-by-step transformation to our next generation model/data science platform.We provide highly reliable systems to the bank’s credit operations and are a critical link on journey to next generation systems
You will lead a team that provides mission critical model execution capability to the bank. The systems are the foundation for critical lending operations and involve a complex stack of modern and legacy technologies. Equally important is the role played to enable the bank’s Forward ’28 strategy which includes incremental moves to next generation data & data science platforms without compromises to ongoing critical credit operations.Your impact, team and roleAs a leader, you will inspire a squad of eight talented IT, data and software professionals, fostering an empowering environment that values diversity, inclusion, and teamwork. Additionally, you will help, guide and empower the team to deliver on our high priority deliverables. You will be aligning priorities and proactively interacting with a large and complex stakeholder landscape. Internally, it will be service owners, compliance and risk specialists, business owners, fellow product owners, tribe leadership in Risk & Compliance as well as domain leadership. The external stakeholders are the financial authorities, debt collection agencies and IT system vendors. Advanced stakeholder management skills, and an ability to navigate in a large and complex business, are integral to this role.A great match
We see you as having a BS or MS in a relevant technical field and 6+ years of work experience involving high importance/high reliability IT & data systems for complex organizations and use cases. Your leadership style prioritizes empathy and kindness, recognizing that diversity and inclusion are critical for delivering holistic solutions. We find the following important:

• Good understanding of banking as well as high data and software literacy, including knowledge and experience of end-to-end robust data and IT systems.

• Ideally a familiarity with execution and monitoring of mathematical/statistical models as well as familiarity with modern data science & machine learning platforms

• Ability to set the direction for your squad based on customer and business needs as well as the overall direction set in the corporate strategy

• Ability to balance short- and long-term goals, always striving for excellence

• Proven stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels

• Motivated by driving sprint planning, sprint refinement, sprint retro’s etc.

• Experienced in project and program management

• Interested in taking part in cross-Tribe and cross-organizational leadership tasks
