Do you want a job with a purpose?And do you want to make healthcare safer, better and more reliable?Join our Team!We are looking for you, located in Vienna, Bonn, Trier or 100% remote in Austria/Germany as aProduct Owner High Acuity Care (m/f/d)Your tasks are:Product Owner to work along user journeys to innovate workflows and medical documentation with clinical content around high acuity care and other clinical domains.Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategyCommunication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and the regional Dedalus Teams (Europe and UK)Analysis, prioritization and implementation of user, market requirements and trends in healthcareConception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams, including leading business analyst.Clinical and functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentationDrive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs.Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management.Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization.You’ll bring in:University degree in Medicine, Medical Science or Engineering, equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g. experienced nurse)2 to 5 years expertise in software industry in Product Management, R&D, Service or Customer support – alternatively or 5 to 10 years’ experience in hospital environment with strong affinity to IT topicsMarket knowledge in the hospital healthcare domain, ideally in clinical domains such as high acuity care, regular care and general medicineSelf-motivated product owner who wants to optimize results for our customersVery good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)Strong business acumen and a motivated team playerExcellent communication skills in German and English, French is a plus as well as excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in German and EnglishStrong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlinesSelf-management skills and self-starter attitudeYou will like us for therelaxed work atmosphereall benefits of working within an established international groupflexible working models including working from homechance to visit conferencesfree coffee, tea and fruitsregular team activitiespublic transport ticket for Viennaoffice in the direct vicinity of Vienna Central StationBe part of our innovative power and shape the future with us!The minimum salary for this position is 54.000 € gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.Severely disabled applicants will be given special consideration if they are equally qualified.Dedalus HealthCare Ges.m.b.H.
