Product OwnerAre you passionate about developing and optimising digital platforms?

Would you like to be the link between business and development in an international company?The OpportunityAt Mascot International A/S, we are looking for a Product Owner to ensure the optimal development and quality of several platforms. You will act as the key liaison between our development team in Vietnam, the IT department, and the business to ensure solutions meet both user and company needs. The position is a maternity cover, 30 hours per week.What We OfferYou will be part of the IT Development department, collaborating closely with both IT and Sales to develop and optimise our digital platforms. Using an agile approach, you will prioritise development tasks, ensure testing and quality assurance, and facilitate communication between key stakeholders. You will work in a structured and detail-oriented manner, ensuring high-quality and efficient deliveries.What You’ll Do

• Gather and define business needs and use cases from stakeholders
• Describe and communicate reported issues and improvements to the development team
• Prioritise and coordinate the sprint backlog in alignment with stakeholders
• Ensure quality assurance and testing of functionalities
• Report on and coordinate sprint timelines
• Facilitate communication between the development department in Vietnam and the danish department

What You BringWe imagine you have:

• A technical background and knowledge of the latest web development technologies
• Experience in agile software development and Scrum (Scrum certification is a plus)
• A structured, organised work approach with attention to detail
• The ability to view solutions from both a customer and technical perspective
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and organisational levels
• Fluency in English and German – Danish is a plus
• Programming knowledge is an advantage
