And would you like to see the results of your efforts, as they have a direct impact on how our product portfolio grow in the future?We are currently searching for a Portfolio Manager to join our portfolio management team of four experienced and talented portfolio managers in Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) at our head quarter in Aarhus, Denmark.Arla Foods Ingredients is a global leader in natural whey ingredients. Our products are applied in products in a wide range of categories – from bakery, beverages and ice cream to sports, medical, and infant nutrition.How you will make an impactYou will in the role as Portfolio Manager provide guidance concerning raw material prioritization and cross-commercial alignment in adherence to the overall business strategy. Together with the rest of the team you will identify potential business opportunities and challenges through simulation of multiple scenarios to have a fact-based discussion and enable better decision-making within the commercial organization.In short, your responsibilities and tasks include:

• Become a trusted portfolio partner to the commercial organization
• Provide raw material priority recommendation in S&OP and other key-forums
• Act as project participant in early stage of new product developments
• Secure evaluation of raw material options, flexibility and availability in early stage of new product development projects
• Support the development and implementation of roadmaps for relevant product portfolio
• Validate volume build up, clarify larger opportunities and follow up with Strategic Business Units to create alignment on strategic direction
• Participate in business unit ideation sessions of new product developments
• Secure cross-commercial alignment and optimize business value in strategic projects

• A strategic mindset that can structure recommendations and create high-quality material to facilitate decision making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong command of English language skills at negotiation level
