• Identifying new applications for our existing product portfolio
• Coordinating, managing, and implementing the development of raw materials, polymeric ingredients, and additives for the rubber and plastics industry – preferably based on sustainable feedstocks
• Leading development projects in cooperation with research institutions, testing laboratories, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, including coordination of all project partners
• Providing technical support to customers in the rubber and plastics sector, particularly during the implementation of new products and through regular follow-ups of existing ones
• Assessing sustainability aspects of new products (renewable raw materials, recyclability, environmental compatibility)
• Shaping the margin strategy of your assigned product groups
• Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and project partners
• Gathering market data, analyzing trends, and expanding your product groups accordingly
• Preparing presentations and providing internal and external training and onboarding

Ihr Profil

• University or university of applied sciences degree in Chemistry / Technical Chemistry – ideally with a focus on polymer chemistry or rubber/plastics
• Strong communication skills and several years of experience in B2B business
• You enjoy working independently and project-oriented, but also value teamwork and structured processes
• excellent English and Czech skills, written and spoken (Czech mother tongue preferred)
• German language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel and valid driving license (category B) with driving experience

For this position a salary from 3.800,– is planned, with willingness to overpay depending on experience and education.
