The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, troubleshooting product issues, and ensuring a positive user experience. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and product excellence. The role involves work in the Vantaa service and support team supporting our customer channels, distributors and partners delivering product expertise support in technical and product related questions.
