We have a top position in the high voltage bushing areas worldwide.Our flexible work practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.Join our team as our Production Controller.In this role, you will operate as a Business Partner to the company’s management and heads of controlling department in the factory (Local Product Group), while at the same time closely monitoring key financial indicators, market trends and customer activities. Drawing on your finely honed analytical abilities using SAP S4 HANA, you will work closely with the various stakeholders to ensure effective decision-making for the success of the factory.Your responsibilitiesResponsibility for monthly closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting in line with Hitachi Energy reporting guidelines; monitoring of variances between budget and actual results to support management actionsSupport business planning definition, implementation and follow up according to business unit strategiesCreate deep dive analysis in SAP HANA of Gross Profit (e.g.: revenue recognition, COGS, product mix, production overhead, Capex, absorptionMaintain Full Cost Model and review pricing and capacity for productionSupport Project Management during project execution and sales managers of the unit during the tender phase; identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities during tenders; participation in risk reviewsMonitoring of production KPIs, monthly SG&A cost analysis, cash flow & overdues, OBL follow upBusiness improvement capabilities and project management can- do attitudeYour backgroundMaster or bachelor’s degree in business administration / finance / economics (or similar)Many years of experience and successful track record in a similar role within an international environmentExcellent practical knowledge in SAP S/4 HANAExperience in factory controlling and product businessCan do, proactive and very hands- on attitude, willing to work under pressure, to assume responsibilitiesGreat understanding of balance sheet, income statement and Cash flowStrong financial manager with deep knowledge of finance and control processes and tools (MS Office, SAP, Power BI, and ABACUS Analyzer) and familiarity with relevant IRS & JSOXFluent in English, German would be a strong advantageIf you are passionate about sustainable energy and are excited to contribute to innovative projects, we invite you to apply for this challenging and rewarding opportunity.Join us in shaping a greener future through cutting-edge engineering solutions!
