Act as bridge between the production/maintenance and development departments.More specifically, the job entails:
- Develop new product test equipment as required with the aim to achieve a high level of test automation
- Maintain existing production- and test equipment
- Participate in product development projects, as production representative, to ensure producibility and testability aspects
- Transfer product know-how and information from development to production/maintenance and train and educate production/maintenance personnel in new products
- Create product assembly- and test instructions, P145 maintenance manuals and related process instructions
- Perform advanced product troubleshooting and testing to support production- and maintenance personnel
- Have responsibility for the production- and test equipment calibration program, ensuring that it is up to date and executed within set time intervals
Actively work to improve product- and production quality and report deviations and suggest improvementsQualifications
- Years of experience: 10 years in electronics manufacturing within test development and documentation
- Education: Master of Science degree or equivalent
- Software skills: LabView, Windows and Linux
- Hard skill set: soldering, electrical and mechanical craftsmanship
