In this role, your main responsibility will be product costing and creating financial transparency across our global manufacturing network. You will take the lead in driving and developing cost models, ensuring accurate cost allocations, and supporting data-driven decisions in global production finance. In addition, you will support the local site in Copenhagen with business partnering, contributing to OPEX control and providing financial insights that support site-level initiatives. To succeed in this role, you should thrive on conducting in-depth financial analyses, while also demonstrating a proactive and outward-facing mindset – enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders and contribute actively to cross-functional collaboration.Your main areas of focus will be:

• Managing global product costing and optimizing our current costing model
• Preparing and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Routings in the ERP system
• Analyzing production variances, PPVs, and posting journal entries
• Monthly reporting and controlling of production performance
• Providing financial insights and commercial support to the business
• Continuous business partnering with production and supply chain to optimize costs and operational performance
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and estimating of production costs and OPEX
• Providing financial input for business cases and strategic decision-making
• Support external audits.

You will be based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, working closely with finance colleagues in Denmark, Hungary, and India, as well as across our international production sites.Commercially minded finance professional with a strategic edge and strong analytical storytelling skills
We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical finance professional who values the combination of classic product costing with a more strategic business partner approach.You should have strong storytelling skills, using financial data to create clear and compelling narratives that support decision-making and drive business impact. You have a strong ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and enjoy working in close collaboration with various stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making.To succeed in this role, you need to:

• A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or management accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product costing and operational finance within a manufacturing company
• Experience with ERP systems and hands-on journal entries
• Advanced Excel skills and preferably experience with BI tools
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Commercial mindset with the ability to support business decisions with financial insights
• Ability to collaborate across the organization and communicate financial concepts clearly.
