Lead your supervisory team to ensure that they are engaged and are high performing through skills assessment, training, performance development, feedback and support.Manage maintenance department to ensure preventative maintenance programme implementation and resources are maximisedEnsure that a safe working environment exists for all workers within the site and that the procedures meet the requirements of the companies Health, Safety and Environment standardsEnsuring Quality standards are achieved through involvement with Quality/Technical departmentTake an active role in the company Continuous Improvement initiatives and any other similar projectsOther operational responsibilities as may be assigned by the company from time to time.Work with quality personnel in relation to performing various inspectionsCan you do this job.· At least 5 year’s experience in an Injection Molding or Medical Device manufacturing facility and General manufacturing operations in a similar high-volume production role.Reach out to for a detailed job spec and for a chat.#LI-AM6
