Job DescriptionDESCRIPTIONAmazon seeks an operations focused Program Manager that combines collaborative and analytical skills with a passion for problem solving on behalf of our customers to join the Amazon Intermodal Team. In this role you will contribute as part of the ATS team in our EU headquarters to help deliver customer packages faster, more reliably, and at a lower cost and carbon impact.Key job responsibilitiesYou would be a great fit for this role if you enjoy and excel at:

• Autonomously coming up with and quickly implementing innovative and disruptive ideas
• Continuously learning new skills and knowledge areas to grow, develop, and better serve our customers
• Influencing a broad set of stakeholders and working with diverse and dynamic teams across Europe
• Solving analytical problems and drawing conclusions from large complex data sets
• Finding quick solves and devising longer term solutions to Operational challenges

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree obtained less than 2 years ago
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
